Bangalore, India \u2013 [27 September 2024] <\/b>– Zoomcar, Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. (\u201cZoomcar\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (Nasdaq: ZCAR), the NASDAQ-listed leading marketplace for self-drive car sharing, <\/span>announced that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, previously scheduled for September 26, 2024, has been adjourned to <\/span>October 1, 2024<\/b>. The meeting will reconvene virtually at 10:00 AM ET.<\/span><\/p>\n

The adjournment will allow additional time for stockholders to cast their votes on the proposals outlined in the proxy materials. As described in the proxy materials previously distributed, stockholders as of the close of business on July 29, 2024, the record date, are entitled to participate in the Annual Stockholders Meeting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
