In connection with this process, the Company has engaged an investment bank to support the process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The engagement reflects Zoomcar\u2019s continued focus on strengthening its presence in the U.S. capital markets and supporting the Company\u2019s long-term growth strategy as a publicly traded, asset-light mobility marketplace.
