(OTCQB: ZCAR), India’s largest peer-to-peer self-drive car-sharing marketplace, today described how AI-powered matching has become the core technology of its platform, turning fragmented individual car supply into a network guests can rely on.<\/p>\n
Peer-to-peer supply is the greatest strength of this model. Thousands of individually owned cars give guests range, price, and reach no owned fleet can match. The task is to connect each guest to the car most certain to show up, across a supply base that large and that varied. That is a matching problem, and matching is what machine learning is built for.<\/p>\n
Zoomcar’s allocation engine reads every vehicle and host as a set of learned signals: ratings, fulfilment behaviour, booking patterns, completion records. It predicts which supply will deliver a completed trip and routes demand accordingly. Supply that performs earns preferential allocation, and the rest is ranked accordingly. Every trip makes the next prediction sharper.<\/p>\n
Trip cancellations declined 11% on a relative basis in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, against the same quarter a year earlier.<\/p>\n

That base is Zoomcar’s Professional Host network: operators running vehicles with multiple cars, disciplined maintenance, and fulfillment standards they manage deliberately. The model rewards exactly the behaviour they already practice.<\/p>\n
The loop runs both ways. Matching directs demand to Professional Host supply, lifting utilization and earnings per vehicle. Those economics justify reinvestment, and hosts add cars. A larger professional base gives the engine better supply to route to.<\/p>\n
Professional Host vehicles now hold a rising share of Zoomcar’s active fleet and take a disproportionate share of bookings relative to that share. Professional Hosts also carry a guarantee no other supply on the platform does. Under Zoomcar’s Trip Guarantee, available only on Professional Host bookings, a trip cancelled for host unavailability or vehicle condition returns 150% of the booking amount issued as cash \/ platform credits.<\/p>\n
